As you know , pandas are known to be cute and awesome . But there are a few groundbreaking facts about them that I am going to share with you.
The first fact is a unique one . Pandas are the only bears with thumbs!
Their thumbs are actually actually an enlarged wrist bone !
The second fact is shocking . Panda mothers can accidentally crush their babies . Yes , you heard that right ! Crush !
The tiny pandas are especially vulnerable in the face of the mother's 200-pound (90-kilogram) frame. In 2006, a giant panda in China accidentally killed her newborn as it nursed. Time for the last fact ! Pandas communicate to each other using a variety of different sounds. Pandas are usually quiet and solitary animals, but they may use a variety of sounds to communicate to each other. They may squeak, growl, bark and huff.
