   Actually, there are also common nouns and proper nouns! Common nouns are nouns that name a group of people, while proper nouns are used to refer to a specific item or person.

Let's take a look at some examples of proper nouns and common nouns:

  Teacher Owl has a special noun exercise for you! So grab a piece of paper and take look at the text below before filling in the blanks with nouns. There will be helping words provided!

  So, do you actually know what are conjunctions? If you do not, let's dive in further into the topic!

   Conjunctions are words that are used to connect sentences! Let's take a look at some examples!

   So, what exactly are conjunctions? Well, conjunctions are words that are used to connect sentences. Interesting, right?

  Now, I am going to teach you how to apply it!

to apply it, you can remember all these words: because, then, when, so, because. When you use conjunctions in your sentences, it can make your sentences longer. When you are writting a paragraph, it would sound weird if there are no conjunctions. Here is what a paragraph would sound like without conjunctions:   

   It was a blazing hot day. I was playing with my  toys. I was eating.

   If you read it a few times, it would sound weird. So, children, Teacher Owl  hopes that you would apply it in your writtings!

For the first method, you can list out as many verbs as you can and revise them. So, when you are doing writting, you can just refer to the list of verbs!

  Hey Children! This is Teacher Owl here! Today, we are going to learn about   punctuation! By the way, do you know what is punctuation? If you do not know, I will give you a clue!

If you guessed full stop, exclamation mark and question mark, you are right!

  Now, what exactly is punctuation? Well, let me tell you! Punctuation is a symbol that you use at the end of a sentence. So, how do you think a short paragraph would look like without punctuation? If you cannot imagine, I will give you an example!

 

  When Dad came home I was sleeping

When you read the sentence, the sentence sounds weird. That is because it has no punctuation!
